    • Forge partnerships with Indigenous-owned businesses for procurement opportunities, subcontracting, and joint ventures, prioritizing suppliers who demonstrate commitment to Indigenous employment and community development.
    • Collaborate with Indigenous community organizations and leaders to identify opportunities for meaningful community engagement, such as sponsorship of cultural events, participation in community projects, and support for Indigenous youth initiatives.

    • Develop a targeted Indigenous employment strategy aimed at increasing representation of Indigenous Australians across all levels of the organization, including apprenticeships, traineeships, and leadership roles.
